Our Support Tool is supported by IA and directly linkez to your ticketing system 

  • The AI intercepts user difficulty and figures out how to proactively give support
  • The AI checks process list and figures out if it can give support by launching a configuration (a step-by-step guide or other kind of support, like a KBA)
  • If it finds no content to propose, the AI guides the user in getting first-level support: the user tells the problem and the AI uses the information gathered to send a report to your ticketing system (e.g., Jira).
    • It can propose to record a video with a voice over
    • It proposes a summary and automatically creates a ticket in your support tool with proper attributes and the voice over as comment.

 

The App can be triggered from any page via a dedicated button placed where you decide.
